About Us
A Family Farm Turned Countryside Retreat
B&Y Agri Tourism Park is run by Bill and Yen Agriventures, a family-rooted agri-tourism business established in 2024 in Brgy. Baluntay, Alabel, Sarangani Province. What started as a working hilltop farm has grown into a small retreat for people who want real countryside quiet — without giving up easy road access.
We built the property around one idea: a farm stay should feel personal, private, and unhurried. That's why we keep it to a handful of Kubo huts rather than a crowded resort, and why every guest gets a gated, secured space to actually relax in. Wander the grounds and you'll pass our own dragon fruit and vegetable patches — much of what we grow ends up on the snack platters we serve guests.

We especially welcome English-speaking travellers who are already in the Philippines or planning to visit. Our own team manages the farm, so volunteers provide only light, agreed support while sharing everyday life with us.
